- There is no autosave after Control or Synthesis is chosen, allowing the player to make another choice after loading the autosave.

Shepard will drop the carnifex in the Control ending.

- Because of issues not being able to change the carnifex properly into a predator for the Synthesis ending.

- When the Control option is introduced, Shepard can either admit or ask that TIM was right about controlling the Reapers.

- The Leviathan AI will mention the Destroy option as something Shepard arrived to do.

This is a follow up to the suspicious eye movement the Leviathan made when Shepard asked the same question to it.

- If Shepard asks about the crucible, it's revealed that the Leviathan's were the ones who designed it.

- Shepard's odd head movement at the start of the conversation has been fixed.

-The space battle over the decision chamber has been removed and replaced with Reapers, who watch over.

The renegade interrupt to 'save' Anderson has been removed, but the interrupt to shoot the Illusive Man after that has been added back in.

-If the paragon/renegade reputation options are not chosen near the end of the Illusive Man encounter, Anderson will tell the Illusive Man to 'Go to hell.' before being shot.
